📘 🧪 The learning outcomes of the discipline:
- explains the influence of the structure of molecules and substances on their physical and chemical properties and types of intermolecular interaction;
- determines thermodynamic and kinetic parameters of physical and chemical processes, conditions of phase and chemical equilibrium in solutions and electrochemical systems;
- explains the physical and chemical (molecular-kinetic, optical, electrokinetic, structural-mechanical) properties of colloid-dispersed systems;
- solves problems of a computational and theoretical nature in the discipline "Physical and colloidal chemistry»;
- works with chemicals and laboratory devices.
📘 🧪 The tasks of studying the discipline:
- formation of students' ideas about the patterns of physical and chemical processes;
- to provide knowledge about the basic concepts and laws of thermodynamics;
- formation of ideas about the properties of liquefied solutions;
- thermodynamics of electrolyte solutions, methods for measuring the pH of solutions to give an idea of the properties of solutions;
- formation of ideas about the basic concepts and methods of electrochemistry;
- to give an idea of the kinetics of a chemical reaction and catalysis.
📘 🧪 Prerequisites: To master this subject, it is necessary to have the knowledge, skills, and abilities acquired through the study of the following subjects: Inorganic chemistry.
📘 🧪 Postrequisites: The knowledge, skills, and competencies gained from studying this subject are necessary for mastering the following subjects: Nanotechnology in ecology.
