🌍 The purpose of studying the discipline: Formation of students' knowledge and skills in the field of sanitary microbiology🌍The learning outcomes of the discipline: Will know about the sanitary demonstration groups microorganisms, pathogenic microorganisms located in the external environment; compares the characteristics of pathogens of zooanthroponoses transmitted to humans through animal products; characterizes pathogens of food poisoning (intoxication and toxicoinfections), microorganisms causing spoilage of products; conducts microbiological studies of the safety of raw materials, products and environmental objects.
🌍The tasks of studying the discipline: Sanitary microbiology as a science. The doctrine of sanitary-indicative microorganisms. Pathogenic microorganisms in the external environment. Principles of rationing and assessment of the sanitary, hygienic and epidemiological state of environmental objects. Determination of the total microbial number, number of titers, number of index, perfringence titer, concentration of thermophilic bacteria. Microbiological characteristics of animal and vegetable products. Sanitary and hygienic requirements for personnel, equipment, enterprises, storage conditions, transportation
